Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate industrial dishwasher and hand-wash items when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and equipment.
• Organize cleaned dishware and utensils and return them to storage areas.
• Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and inform management of any supply needs or breakdowns.
• Assist with waste disposal and recycling as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to ensure an efficient workflow.
