Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Harrah’s Lake Tahoe lounge is seeking an experienced bartender to deliver premium beverage service at the Cliché Cigar Lounge. You will provide courteous service, knowledge of cigars, and expert guest interactions in a refined setting.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years of fine dining bar experience with POS usage, and legal age of 21. English fluency and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

High School graduate preferred.
At least 2 years of prior fine dining bar experience as a bartender and use of POS systems.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Literacy and fluency in English.
Above average communication and interactive skills.
Acts as a role model to other Team Members and adheres to policies.

Responsibilities

Provides fast, efficient, courteous, and professional beverage service to guests in accordance with departmental service standards and company policies.
Maintains a clean, organized bar area and ensures stock levels.
Records beverage sales accurately in the POS system and handles cash/credit transactions.
Maintains familiarity with cigars and beverage pairings to improve guest recommendations.
