Job summary

Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment seeks a Server I to greet guests, anticipate needs, and deliver knowledgeable food and beverage service. You will provide friendly, efficient dining, run food, and manage orders in a fast-paced casino setting.

The role requires strong knowledge of Title 4 Arizona liquor law, teamwork, and a positive attitude. You will work evenings and weekends in a high-energy environment and may travel between properties.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED preferred, plus recent experience in the restaurant field as a server or bartender.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and gaming license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide knowledgeable food and beverage service.
• Answer questions, make recommendations, and upsell menu items.
• Take orders, run food, and operate the POS with accuracy and speed.
• Ensure compliance with Title 4 Arizona liquor law and TOGE alcohol controls.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work areas and assist in training new teammates.
