Job summary

Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment in Waddell, AZ seeks a Dining Room Attendant to greet guests, deliver courteous service, and support daily restaurant operations. Ideal candidates have a high-energy attitude, strong guest service skills, and knowledge of POS cash handling with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Recent experience in food service POS cash handling preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Must obtain and maintain gaming license and TOGE compliance.
• Ability to communicate clearly in Basic English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide knowledgeable food & beverage service.
• Maintain clean, organized and sanitized work areas following health codes.
• Assist in daily restaurant operations in a cost-effective manner.
• Train new team members and uphold TOGE alcohol policies.
• Monitor guests for intoxication and provide appropriate service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
