Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a Cedric's Tavern Bartender to greet guests and deliver world-class beverage and food service. You will handle orders, process payments, and coordinate service for your assigned bar area in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will have prior bartending experience, basic math skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities. The role requires flexibility to work 10:00am–12:00am, including weekends, and a 21+ age minimum. Training provided on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• TIPS/ALE certification or ability to obtain within stated period.
• Six months of bartending experience, preferably in upscale dining.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide world class beverage service.
• Take orders, process payments, and manage tabs in POS.
• Prepare beverages and coordinate service for your assigned bar area.
• Ensure bar and dining areas are clean and stocked.
• Open/close duties as assigned.
