Job summary

Revel & Rye and Broadway Lounge at the NY Marriott Marquis in Times Square is seeking an experienced Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service. You’ll handle cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages while supporting the service team, answering guest questions, and sharing knowledge of our menu.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as Bartender or beverage-service role.
• Passion for wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• English fluency; additional languages preferred.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Ability to balance & carry multiple plates/glasses and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently support Enlightened Hospitality.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests at the bar.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and beverages.
• Maintain fluency on menu items and pairings.
• Follow proper steps of service with grace and urgency.
• Keep bar area clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with staff and kitchen during service.
