Qualifications

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcohols to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Keeps the bar stocked and organized, handles cash and payments.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Sets up assigned bars; stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, garnishes, and supplies.
• Maintains stock and quality of perishables; ensures proper portion control.
• Greets guests and processes drink orders; checks IDs and complies with liquor laws.
• Receives and processes payments; records charges and vouchers.
