Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 in some states).
• Food Handler and state alcohol certificate required.
• Previous high volume bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks following recipes.
• Greet guests and take beverage orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Manage bar inventory and communicate shortages.
• Process transactions accurately.
• Adhere to laws regarding alcohol service.
