Qualifications

• 1-2 years of bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, lounge, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Ability to handle cash and payment transactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide personalized beverage recommendations.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to standard recipes.
• Upsell premium liquors and featured beverages to support revenue goals.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, inventory, and equipment; follow opening/closing procedures.
• Process guest payments accurately and comply with alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate with servers and management to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
