Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience in Food & Beverage in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet high standards.
• Physical and scheduling demands including standing, walking, lifting, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests regarding beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists, menu items and preparation methods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
