Job summary

RH Hospitality seeks a Bar & Coffee Associate for the RH Aspen Mountain House Gallery and Restaurant opening in Winter ’26, delivering a refined beverage experience that reflects luxury hospitality.

You will guide guests through wine, coffee and cocktails, ensure quality and presentation, and uphold RH’s service standards while collaborating with a team in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beverage production or service experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of application at the time of hire.
• Meets the minimum legal age to serve alcohol and perform kitchen duties per local regulations.
• Commitment to high standards of personal appearance, uniform, grooming and hygiene.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience by delivering First Class Service that reflects RH’s standards of hospitality.
• Prepare and present cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee with consistent quality and attention to detail.
• Uphold quality and consistency by adhering to RH’s recipes and service standards.
• Engage guests with informed guidance on beverage offerings, including pairings and seasonal selections.
• Maintain the cleanliness, curation, and organization of the Bar, storage areas, and related service spaces.
• Stock, replenish, and rotate bar inventory, including bottles, mixers, glassware, and garnishes.
• Serve as a brand ambassador with polished presentation and deep knowledge of RH’s full menu, focusing on beverages.
• Support service flow with a proactive mindset and assist guests and team as needed.
• Partner with location leadership to perform regular beverage inventory and contribute to service and financial goals.
