Qualifications

• 2+ years direct bartending experience in upscale or high volume bar/restaurant.
• Deep knowledge of craft cocktails, liquors, beers, wines, whiskeys, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of Whiskey.
• Must be 21+ and have High school diploma.
• Fluent English required; bilingual a plus.
• Flexible schedule; able to work late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Bartending coursework or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Pitch in and help co-workers with their duties as a team.
• Provide attentive beverage service and assist guests with cocktail selections.
• Upsell beverages to enhance the guest experience.
