Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Italian wines, spirits and classic cocktails preferred.
• TIPs or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred.
• Experience serving both bar and dining room beverage service is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision.
• Provide warm, engaging service to bar guests and assist servers with orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked bar during service.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines for all drinks and cocktails.
• Process cash and credit card transactions and collaborate with FOH/kitchen.
