Ideal candidates have bartending experience in upscale environments, strong guest-facing skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment.
• Knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid bartender's license or certification.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages according to our recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional service to guests, including greeting customers, taking drink orders, and engaging in friendly conversation.
• Stay informed about our drink menu, including seasonal offerings and promotional items, to provide recommendations to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, restocking supplies, and disposing of waste.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, assist with ordering and restocking as necessary, and track drink ingredients and supplies.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and liquor regulations, ensuring that all practices comply with local and state laws.
• Work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless service and support during peak times.
