Job summary

Southworth is seeking a bartender to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our esteemed members and guests at the Mashpee club. You will craft creative cocktails, provide friendly service, and contribute to the warm, inviting atmosphere that defines our venue.

The role requires previous bartending in high-volume settings, knowledge of classic and contemporary beverages, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven bartending experience in high-volume settings.
• Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary beverages.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by club operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with guest satisfaction focus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and payments.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) preferred.
• Knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus.
