Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group's Fort Wayne location is seeking a skilled Bartender to craft cocktails, beers, and wines while delivering exceptional guest service. You will greet guests, suggest beverages, maintain bar inventory, and ensure cleanliness and safety. Experience in upscale dining and POS familiarity preferred; ability to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Upscale restaurant bartending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Beverage preparation: craft cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision.
• Provide warm, attentive customer service and assist guests in selecting beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, and pairings; stay updated on trends.
• Monitor bar inventory and replenish as needed within budget.
• Keep bar area clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and other bartenders.
