Job summary

Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa is seeking a Bartender to efficiently prepare and serve beverages with courteous professionalism. Responsibilities include knowledge of liquor, recipes, prices, garnishes, and proper glassware, with strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and upselling.

Candidates must be trained in liquor liability within 30 days of employment, hold a Food Handler's Certification, and maintain sanitation and accuracy in cash handling and MICROS usage.
