Qualifications

• 2+ year bartending experience in an upscale full-service restaurant including a full-service bar.
• 2+ year experience mixing craft cocktails from scratch.
• Must have completed alcohol service training – TIPS certification
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to be organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to change
• Excellent math skills and ability to count and balance
• Must interact with the public in a confident and professional manner

Responsibilities

• Handle all preparation of bar products, mixing ingredients, and serving drinks
• Ensure solid product knowledge of all items being sold
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures
• Perform clean up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment
• Perform breakdown of all products and supplies that are pulled and return product to the appropriate storage location
