Job summary

Qualifications

2+ year bartending experience in upscale restaurants or bars.
2+ year experience crafting craft cocktails from scratch.
Must have completed alcohol service training – TIPS certification.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organization, attention to detail and math skills.
Professional, confident interaction with guests; excellent listening and speaking.
Ability to work changing schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

Handle all preparation of bar products, mixing ingredients, and serving drinks.
Ensure solid product knowledge of all items being sold.
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, verify identification, and follow policies.
Perform clean up duties and maintain a clean work area.
Break down products and return supplies to storage.
