Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending in a high-volume, upscale setting.
• Strong spirits, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Confident, engaging, and guest-focused; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging hospitality to bar guests.
• Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency and speed.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage program including spirits, wine, and beer.
• Engage guests with recommendations and menu insights.
• Prepare garnishes and bar components per recipes and standards.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies during service.
• Keep bar clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Monitor alcohol service per laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams for smooth service.
• Process payments and manage tabs via POS system.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and pride.
