Cheeky in Charleston, SC is seeking passionate bartenders to join our high-energy concept as we prepare for opening. You will craft classic and signature cocktails, deliver warm hospitality, and contribute to a lively bar program that highlights pristine coastal ingredients and vibrant wines.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of bartending in a high-volume upscale setting, deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktails, and a collaborative, guest-focused approach.

• Strong spirits, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Confident, engaging and thrives in a guest-focused environment.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and maintain a polished presence.
• Collaborative teammate with a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging hospitality to all bar guests.
• Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed and precision.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the beverage program including spirits, wine, beer and house cocktails.
• Engage guests with confidence, offering recommendations and sharing insights into the menu.
• Prepare garnishes, syrups and other bar components in accordance with recipes and prep standards.
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies throughout service.
• Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked bar at all times.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in accordance with laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with front of house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Handle payments accurately and manage tabs using the POS system.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation and cleanliness protocols.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and pride at all times.
