Cheeky, from The Neighborhood Dining Group, is hiring Bartenders for its Charleston, SC location ahead of an Early Fall opening. The team will cover lunch and dinner shifts, with full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale setting.
• Strong spirits, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Confident, engaging, and guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable hospitality to all bar guests.
• Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and precision.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beverage program, including spirits, wine, beer, and house cocktails.
• Engage guests with confidence—offering recommendations and sharing insights into the menu.
• Prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar components in accordance with recipes and prep standards.
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies throughout service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in accordance with laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Handle payments accurately and manage tabs using the POS system.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and pride at all times.
