Cheeky, a high-energy seafood concept by The Neighborhood Dining Group, is opening in Charleston, SC. We’re hiring bartenders to join us for lunch and dinner shifts, with both full-time and part-time positions available.

Be part of day-one service and help craft memorable experiences with exceptional hospitality. We seek passionate bartenders with 2+ years in a busy, upscale setting and deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktails.

We're building our team at Cheeky for our opening date right around the corner. Because we're hiring ahead of opening, start dates will depend on our final construction timeline. Your hiring manager will walk you through the expected timeline during the interview process, including when it makes sense to transition from your current role. Cheeky is seeking passionate and knowledgeable Bartenders to join our team!

Positions Available:

Cheeky will be open for both lunch and dinner. We will have daytime, nighttime, full-time, and part-time positions available for all roles.

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a talented Bartender who brings both technical skill and warm hospitality to the bar.

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable hospitality to all bar guests
• Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and precision
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beverage program, including spirits, wine, beer, and house cocktails
• Engage guests with confidence—offering recommendations and sharing insights into the menu
• Prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar components in accordance with recipes and prep standards
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies throughout service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in accordance with laws and company policies
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service
• Handle payments accurately and manage tabs using the POS system
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols
• Represent the brand with professionalism and pride at all times

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale setting
