Qualifications

• Previous barback or restaurant support experience in upscale settings.
• Familiarity with bar supplies and service procedures.
• Strong awareness, urgency and attention to detail.
• Dependable and responsive to team needs.
• Ability to lift and carry items safely.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and restock the bar and service areas.
• Maintain glassware, ice, beverages, utensils and supplies.
• Replenish items promptly throughout service.
• Run service items and assist with resetting between seatings.
• Keep workstations and storage areas clean and orderly.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Follow sanitation and safety requirements.
