Job summary

Sushi by Bou in Cincinnati is hiring a Barback to support beverage and front-of-house operations for our new location. The Barback keeps the bar stocked, organized and ready, working with urgency to assist the team during service.

Responsibilities include preparing and restocking, maintaining glassware and supplies, and ensuring clean, safe workstations. Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is required, with hourly pay plus tips.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barback or restaurant support in upscale settings.
• Familiarity with bar supplies and basic service procedures.
• Attention to detail, urgency and team responsiveness.
• Able to lift and carry supplies safely and stay active during shifts.
