Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Hotel or resort experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Create seasonal and signature cocktails for an upscale concept.
• Provide attentive, personalized service to restaurant and bar guests.
• Maintain knowledge of wine lists, cocktails, premium spirits, and menu offerings.
• Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and health/safety compliance.
• Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible service.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed.
• Process POS transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff for seamless service.
