Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking an experienced bartender to join our upscale Florida dining venues. You will prepare and serve cocktails and wines, create signature drinks, and ensure flawless guest service in a fast-paced luxury setting.

You will maintain knowledge of wine lists, premium spirits, and seasonal offerings, support bar cleanliness and inventory, and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of bartending experience in upscale environments (fine dining or hotel/bar).
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and premium spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Hotel or resort experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Create seasonal and signature cocktails that align with the restaurant's upscale concept.
• Provide attentive, personalized service to restaurant and bar guests.
• Maintain full knowledge of wine lists, craft cocktails, premium spirits, and menu offerings.
• Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed.
• Accurately process POS transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
