Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner; promote and document drink orders.
• Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
• Check guests for proper identification.
• Input orders into the register and manage checks for guests.
• Handle cash, balance tills, and verify charges.
• Maintain daily bar setup and stock levels of beverages and garnishes.
• Monitor guest intoxication and liquor laws; act accordingly.
• Lock up and secure bar items; manage cash drops and banking.
• Attend mandatory meetings and keep area clean and organized.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards.
