Job summary

Mondrian South Beach in Miami Beach, FL seeks a part-time Banquet Bartender to deliver courteous beverage service in our hotel restaurant, lounge and banquet spaces. You will prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain drink quality, manage stock, and interact with guests while upholding hotel standards and safety guidelines.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the general guidance of the Director of Food and Beverage, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests courteously and efficiently according to hotel restaurant, lounge, and banquet standards.
