Job summary

Mondrian South Beach in Miami Beach, FL, seeks a part-time seasonal Banquet Bartender to prepare and serve beverages to guests in its hotel restaurant, lounge, and banquets, upholding the hotel's standards.

Under the guidance of the Director of Food and Beverage, you will handle beverage service, maintain cleanliness, manage stock, and interact with guests to ensure memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Two years experience as Banquet Bartender in full service restaurant or hotel is required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality.
• Exercise good judgments in determining potentially intoxicated guests.
• Maintain good coordination while preparing and serving orders quickly.

• Understand the operational set up and principle of the restaurant or lounge.
• Maintain knowledge of all menus within the hotel.
• Maintain stock and supplies of the banquet bar.
