You will handle installation, data import/migration as required, printer configuration, and validation of shipping workflows. The role supports a hands-on IT environment with direct end-user guidance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience installing and configuring UPS WorldShip.

Responsibilities

• Install UPS WorldShip on Windows workstations and configure per business requirements.
• Set up WorldShip accounts and preferences.
• Troubleshoot installation, connectivity, and printer-related issues.
• Test shipping labels and processing after installation.
