Sure Power is seeking a UPS Maintenance & Service Technical Lead to deliver advanced technical expertise, guide field technicians, and drive reliability across UPS maintenance and service activities. You will act as the primary escalation point for complex diagnostics and coordinate responses during outages or equipment failures.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics preferred or equivalent experience.
• Extensive, progressive experience in electrical power design, power management, and facilities or data center operations.
• OEM certifications from manufacturers such as Eaton, Vertiv, APC/Schneider, and Mitsubishi are strong advantages and may be required for certain service tasks.

Aufgaben

• Lead the UPS maintenance and service program development and execution.
• Align service capabilities with business objectives to ensure reliable UPS support across customer environments.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to technicians as the primary subject matter expert for UPS inquiries.
• Perform onsite maintenance, testing, repairs, and commissioning; assist with reporting and sourcing parts.
• Ensure ongoing training for technicians and manage projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate field activities and support installation or upgrade projects; ensure technical requirements are met.
• Uphold safety standards, OSHA/NFPA compliance, and quality assurance across all UPS service operations.
• Act as final escalation point for complex technical challenges and provide advanced diagnostic support.
