Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) seeks an experienced Field Service Technician II - UPS to support mission-critical power protection systems across the assigned territory.

The role includes startup, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and emergency technical support for UPS and related power quality equipment in data centers and other critical facilities. You will diagnose electrical and electronic faults, perform on-site servicing, and work with customers to identify

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Technology or related field.
• Approximately 4 years of experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical/electro-mechanical equipment.
• Experience servicing UPS systems or power quality equipment.
• Familiarity with data centers and mission-critical facilities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform startup, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance on UPS systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical issues and repair to circuit-board level.
• Troubleshoot UPS systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools.
• Provide emergency technical support and field service on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Maintain accurate service records and report findings and actions.
