Job summary
Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician II to support mission-critical UPS and power protection systems in data centers.
The role requires 4+ years in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical/electro-mechanical equipment and data center support experience. You will perform startup, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, provide on-site technical support, and collaborate with engineering and operations to resolve
Qualifications
- Approximately 4 years of experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical, electronic, or electro-mechanical equipment.
- Experience servicing UPS systems, power quality equipment, or related electrical infrastructure.
- Experience supporting data centers or critical facilities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform startup, commissioning, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, testing, and field modifications on UPS systems and related power protection equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical equipment to the circuit board level.
- Diagnose equipment failures, perform inspections, and determine corrective actions.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide emergency technical support.
