Job summary

White-Recruitment is seeking a UPS Field Service Engineer in Atlanta, GA to commission, maintain and troubleshoot UPS systems for mission-critical facilities.

The role requires 3+ years of UPS field service experience and OEM training or hands-on work with major brands (Vertiv/Liebert, Schneider/APC/MGE, Eaton/Powerware/PDI). Travel regionally, with some nights and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• OEM factory training or hands-on UPS equipment experience with major brands.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and customer service skills.
• Based in or around Atlanta with a clean driving record.

UPS Field Service Engineer
Atlanta, GA | Field-based | $70,000 - $100,000 (Dependant on experience)+ benefits

We’re working with a specialist critical power company seeking an experienced UPS Field Service Engineer to support mission-critical facilities across the Atlanta region.

The Role

Commission, maintain and troubleshoot UPS systems, batteries, PDUs and static transfer switches.

Carry out equipment start-ups, repairs, testing and emergency call-outs.

Prepare service reports and support the development of maintenance and testing procedures.

Travel primarily within the region, with occasional national travel and flexibility for nights, weekends and on-call duties.

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years’ relevant UPS field service experience.

OEM factory training or hands-on experience with Vertiv/Liebert, Schneider/APC/MGE or Eaton/Powerware/PDI equipment.

Strong electrical fault-finding, communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and a clean driving record.

Based in or around Atlanta. Relevant military technical backgrounds are welcomed.
