Job summary

UPS Digital is launching its 2027 Summer Internship Program, offering students hands-on experience across key departments. Interns will contribute to projects, conduct analyses, and collaborate with teams to support business goals while shadowing colleagues to gain a comprehensive view of UPS operations.

Open to students pursuing or recent graduates in related fields, with opportunities to develop communication, analytics, and problem-solving skills in a tech-focused corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with industry tools is a plus.
• Interest in exploring multiple aspects of corporate business.
• Demonstrated interest in analytics, sales strategy, or process improvement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, Lean Six Sigma or AI-enabled workflow solutions is a plus.

UPS Digital , formerly UPS Capital, is evolving into a technology-driven business unit focused on creating innovative digital solutions that power commerce and logistics. As part of this transformation, we’re excited to launch our 2027 Summer Internship Program, offering students hands-on experience within one of our key departments aligned to their skills, interests, and career goals. Beyond their primary assignments, interns will have opportunities to collaborate across teams, gain insight into different areas of the business, and develop a well-rounded understanding of how a modern, tech-focused corporate environment operates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to projects and day-to-day activities within your assigned department to support business goals.
• Conduct research and provide analysis to help drive team objectives.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues on key initiatives.
• Shadow other departments to gain a broader perspective of the company's operations and strategic goals.
• Attend company-wide events, presentations, and cross-functional meetings to learn more about the organization’s overall structure and goals.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or a recent graduate within the last 24 months.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with industry-specific tools is a plus.
• Interest in exploring multiple aspects of corporate business.
• Demonstrated interest in business analytics, sales strategy, business development, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, Lean Six Sigma principles, or AI-enabled workflow solutions is a plus.
