Job summary

Waterford School in Sandy, Utah, is seeking a Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach for the Spring 2027 season. The role leads practices and games, develops players' skills and game strategy, and mentors student-athletes within a rigorous liberal arts program.

The successful candidate will collaborate with school staff, manage team logistics, and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture on and off the field.

• Attend all practices and games during the Spring Season
• Coach players in developing skills and strategy
• Provide mentorship
