Job summary

Keystone School in San Antonio, TX seeks a devoted Head of the Upper School to lead all aspects of the high school program with emphasis on student well-being and academic excellence.

The Division Head will collaborate with administrators and faculty, ensure alignment with the mission, oversee staffing, scheduling, and extracurricular programs, and foster strong partnerships with parents and the broader Keystone community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Experience in educational leadership is required.
• Teaching experience is required.
• Demonstrated strong written and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities involving students and faculty of the upper school.
• Direct day-to-day operation and instructional staff.
• Communicate division programs, expectations, and policies clearly.
• Attend extracurricular events and foster parent partnerships.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment, and textbook coordination.
