• Familiar with design thinking and project-based learning methodologies.
• Experience with fabrication tools and digital design software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support students with design, fabrication, and prototyping projects.
• Oversee and maintain the Collaborative Design Lab.
• Ensure safe operation of fabrication equipment and tools.
• Provide technical support in design, entrepreneurship, and arts courses.
• Prepare materials, equipment, and workspaces for classes and projects.
• Assist faculty in implementing project-based learning experiences.
