Job summary

Lakeside School in north Seattle seeks an Admissions Visits Manager to oversee the Upper School Tour Program, Interview Program, and Visit Day initiatives. This in-person, full-time role reports to the Director of Upper School Admissions and Financial Aid and aims to create a positive, authentic Lakeside visit experience for prospective students and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in liberal arts, business, or communications.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred; background in education welcomed.
• Proficiency with PC/Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to stand, walk stairs, lift 20 pounds, and move between campuses.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and families upon arrival to the admission and financial aid office.
• Help respond to phone and email messages.
• Participate in all admissions and financial aid events.
• Contribute to the process of completing application files by maintaining accurate applicants’ status in Ravenna.
• Maintain industry knowledge by participating in school, consortium, and association professional development opportunities.
• Participate in life at Lakeside beyond the admissions and financial aid department.
