Lakeside School seeks an Admissions and Financial Aid Operations Coordinator in Seattle. The role oversees admissions processes, databases, and reporting, coordinating communications, and supporting event logistics.

The ideal candidate manages calendars, updates templates, ensures data accuracy, and provides outstanding customer service to families throughout the admission journey. The position emphasizes detail orientation, project management, and cultural awareness, with a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in admissions and financial aid or another office preferred.
• Ability to learn new data systems and data processes quickly, ability to problem solve and think creatively.
• Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft 365.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness and ability to interact respectfully with diverse communities.
• Satisfactory completion of three criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Developing a calendar to mail acceptance packets according to regional dates.
• Updating admissions decisions and templates in Aryval and ordering materials.
• Releasing admissions decisions in Aryval.
• Supporting outreach through newsletters for admissions and financial aid.
• Monitoring communications with families and delegating messages as needed.
• Managing end-of-season admissions experience surveys.
• Maintaining Aryval and Veracross data accuracy and updates.
• Updating Lakeside admissions webpages for each season.
