Job summary

Lakeside School, an independent coeducational day school in north Seattle, is hiring an Admissions Visits Manager for the school year. This in-person, full-time role reports to the Director of Upper School Admissions and Financial Aid.

You will build and manage the Upper School Tour Program, Interview Program, and Admitted Student events, coordinating with faculty and families to ensure a positive, informative visit experience throughout the application process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, business, or communications preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Proficiency with PC/Windows and Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Ability to stand and sit for long periods, walk stairs, lift ~20 pounds.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse groups.
• Background checks: three criminal checks completed.

Responsibilities

• Manage Upper School Tour Program with updated tour scripts.
• Lead Upper School Interviewer and Ambassador programs.
• Schedule tours and interviews; coordinate with families and applicants.
• Plan and execute Upper School Admitted Visit Day and Family Reception.
