Xtreme Altitude Gymnasticsis seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly motivated Upper-Level Gymnastics Coach to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who is passionate about athlete development, has a strong technical background, and thrives in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Position Overview

We are searching for a coach with proven experience working with Level 6/Platinum or higher athletes. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in technique, progression-based training, routine construction, and safe skill development. This coach will help guide our optional athletes to success by fostering confidence, discipline, and a love for the sport.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor optional-level athletes (Lv. 6/Platinum+)
• Create and implement lesson plans, skill progressions, drills, and conditioning programs
• Choreograph or assist with optional routines and routine refinement
• Evaluate athlete readiness for new skills with safety as the top priority
• Assist with meet season preparation and attend competitions
• Collaborate with the coaching team to maintain a positive training culture
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff
