Qualifications

Create and implement lesson plans and conditioning programs.
Choreograph optional routines and assist with routine refinement.
Evaluate athlete readiness for new skills with safety as priority.
Assist with meet season preparation and attend competitions.
Collaborate with the coaching team to maintain a positive culture.
Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff.
