Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience at Level 6/Platinum or higher required.
• Strong knowledge of optional-level technique and safe progressions.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor optional-level athletes.
• Create and implement lesson plans and conditioning programs.
• Choreograph optional routines and assist with routine refinement.
• Evaluate athlete readiness for new skills with safety as priority.
• Assist with meet season preparation and attend competitions.
• Collaborate with the coaching team to maintain a positive culture.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff.
