Job summary

The Houston Rockets are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the Upper Level Engagement Team to enhance fan experiences during home games. Responsibilities include leading chants, distributing promotional items, and creating positive interactions with fans in the upper concourse.

Successful candidates will have experience in event coordination or crowd engagement, excellent communication skills, and a positive team player attitude. This role requires working all home games during the 2026-2027 season and being active during events.

Qualifications

• Background in sports, live entertainment, or game presentation preferred.
• Experience in event coordination or crowd engagement is a plus.
• Strong social skills including verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful interactions with upper level fans.
• Lead cheers and chants to energize fans.
• Assist with promotional items and fan activations.
