Job summary

Rocky Mountain Prep is seeking Elementary Teachers for Upper Elementary classrooms (3rd–5th grade). This 100% in-person, school-based role is based at one of our Colorado campuses, with no remote option. The role emphasizes rigorous, data-informed instruction, equity-focused teaching, and ongoing professional growth within a PEAK-values culture.

Salary ranges from $63,000 to $89,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, PERA retirement, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any subject.
• Content expertise demonstrated by results or a content-specific degree.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of student outcomes with high expectations and data-guided instruction.
• Build inclusive, relationship-centered classrooms through proactive routines and family communication.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams, special educators, interventionists, and specialists.
• Deliver rigorous, joyful instruction aligned to the Common Core Standards.
• Use data to inform planning, reteach when needed, and support student growth.
• Champion science-based reading instruction and foster a love of learning.
