The role emphasizes data-informed planning, collaboration with families and colleagues, and alignment to our PEAK values. Salary ranges from $63,000 to $89,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any subject.
• Subject matter expertise demonstrated by teaching results or a content-specific degree.
• Within the first year of employment, complete CDE READ Act training or CDE CLD-45 hours.
• Pass a background check.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; E-Verify used.

Responsibilities

• Inspire a love of learning with differentiated lessons for scholars.
• Be a culture carrier by fostering a safe classroom where students thrive.
• Partner with families to support students’ education.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams, interventionists, and specials teachers.
• Teach data-informed lessons to gauge mastery and adjust instruction.
• Champion science-based reading instruction to develop confident readers.
