AppFolio, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Upmarket Business Development in Dallas to lead and coach a high-performing BDR/AE team.

You will elevate outbound strategies, implement Challenger Sales, and partner with Marketing, Sales leadership, and C-suite to penetrate upmarket accounts. You will mentor BDRs toward Account Executive roles, travel up to 20% for field coaching, and maintain in-office presence at least 3 days per week in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience driving strategy with core tech stack: Salesforce, Gong, Demandbase, Tableau, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Vidyard, ZoomInfo, and Gemini.
• Documented track record of promoting BDRs/SDRs into Account Executive roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to support the BDR team and industry events.
• In-office presence required: 3 days per week in Dallas, TX.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and develop BDRs with goal of promoting them to Account Executive roles.
• Lead top-performing BDR/AE team and uphold high-performance standards.
• Drive outbound strategy and account-based outbound campaigns with Marketing and leadership.
• Coach on Challenger Sales methodology and apply MEDDPICC familiarity as applicable.
• Travel in-territory to coach and support field initiatives approximately twice per quarter.
• Oversee pipeline management and SQ L flow into Salesforce.
• Collaborate on ABM programs using intent data from Demandbase.
