Job summary

Arhaus Recruiting is looking for an Upholsterer to work in a heated and cooled furniture manufacturing plant in Boston Heights, Ohio. The ideal candidate will apply upholstery covers, perform furnishings repair, and maintain a tidy workspace. Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Some manufacturing experience required.
• Preferable experience in furniture manufacturing.
• Minimum education is less than High School.

Responsibilities

• Apply upholstery covers to frames accurately.
• Perform basic repair work on upholstered furniture.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Skills

Ability to learn and follow upholstery procedures

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Detail-oriented with a positive attitude

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Ability to transport and lift frames (up to 50 lbs)

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent
