Job summary

Qualifications

• Upholstery knowledge required; 2+ years preferred.
• LEAN manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Lead/supervisory experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Directing the Upholstery (inside/trim) associates
• Answering questions from Upholstery (inside/trim) associates on quality, efficiency, procedure, training, and production/workflow
• Leading and instructing the Upholstery team so tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Managing Upholstery department attendance and filling in when necessary to support production flow
• Maintaining safety, quality and machinery standards at all times
• All other duties as assigned
